How It Works
A simple and transparent process from first message to final launch.
Step 1: Choose a Package (Or Reach Out with Questions)
Browse the available packages on this site and select the one that best fits your needs. Not sure where to start or have something unique in mind? No problem—just reach out to mtpete33@gmail.com with your ideas or questions.
Step 2: Send Me Your Plans and Requests
Send an Email to mtpete33@gmail.com with:
- The package you're interested in, and
- A description of your project goals, preferred timeline, and any special features or needs
The more detail you can provide upfront, the faster I can get you an accurate quote!
Step 3: I’ll Follow Up with a Detailed Estimate & Timeline
Once I review your inquiry:
- If I have enough info, I’ll send you a customized estimate and proposed timeline.
- If not, I’ll reach out to schedule a quick conversation or send a few quick questions to clarify the scope.
You’ll receive a clear breakdown of services, costs, add-ons (if applicable), and a projected launch window.
Step 4: Proposal & Agreement
Once we’re aligned, I’ll draft a formal proposal and service agreement. This includes:
- Scope of work
- Deliverables
- Timeline & milestones
- Payment terms
- Revisions policy
- Ownership & transfer terms
We both sign the agreement digitally to lock in the project.
Step 5: Project Kickoff
- A 50% deposit is due to begin work.
- You’ll receive regular updates throughout development.
- Shared client workspace or preview links to monitor progress and give feedback.
Step 6: Final Delivery & Launch
- We’ll do a final walkthrough and apply final tweaks or revisions.
- Once approved, I’ll deploy the site live or deliver files/code if hosted elsewhere.
- The remaining 50% balance is due before the site goes live.
You’ll receive full access credentials, documentation, and optional training if your site uses a CMS.

- 💰 50% deposit at contract signing, 50% balance due at completion
